注意事項

SCHEDULE
✓ In case there are any changes to the schedule, we will help you 1) change to the most similar option or 2) offer full refund in case the alternative option does not meet your need.

VOUCHER

✓ Once the schedule has been confirmed, voucher with Bar Code will be sent a week prior to departure.

BOARDING
✓ Please use the toilet before boarding the bus
This journey does NOT include a rest stop, but ONE short stop can be made if requested. You can say "Hwajangsil Gajuseyo" (I want to use the toilet). Please remember your bus location and vehicle number and be back on time.

✓ Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the bus departure time. The bus will leave on time and will NOT wait for you.
✓ If you miss your bus due to flight delay or any other reasons, it is considered cancellation and no time changes can be made. You will have to wait for the next time slot and pay the full amount IF AND ONLY IF there are seats left.
✓ Check the destination before getting off the bus.
✓ Travel time may take longer than expected in case of heavy traffic. Indiway and the bus company are NOT responsible for any inconveniences caused by delays.

Shuttle Bus
You will find a purple bus like below with a destination written in both English & Korean in front of the bus. *If you arrived at the boarding point in time but could not find purple bus, it might be bus running a bit behind the schedule due to unexpected traffic.
Don't panic and contact the emergency number to check.

SEOUL

Myeongdong Station(Line 4) Exit 1 → In front of KEPCO(한국전력)

Sports Complex Station(Line 2) Exit 7 → Go straight 150m → Inside of Sport Complex

✓ Directions to Dongdaemun H&C Park station pickup point (Doota Mall)Dongdaemun history & culture park station Exit 14 → Go straight 300m → Right outside the Underground Shopping Mall entrance

1) Board the bus in front of the infirmary at Mountain Ski House Bus Parking Lot
2) Show your Email Voucher with barcode directly to the bus driver.

✓ 100% refundable until 7 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ 50% refundable until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 3 days prior to travel date.

✓ Change requests accepted until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.

遲到

Being late and missing the bus is regarded as a cancellation and no time change nor refund will be made. You may call the emergency number on the Voucher to ask if there are seats available on the next bus and pay full amount in cash to the driver. Same rule applies to flight delays.
