Nami Island Zipline
✓ *If you would like to change to Nami Island Zipline tickets, please pay the tour staff ₩34,000 extra in cash before arriving at Nami Island. In case you pay by card, ₩44,000 will be charged but the staff will return ₩10,000 in cash.
✓ Note that Zipline may not be available and when available, waiting time could be long. The staff will confirm with you once arrived at Nami Island.

Step 1 - Choose date, meeting point, number of people, and then complete payment

Step 3 - Meet the tour staff and show your Email Voucher

✓ If you are bringing any extra luggage such as a baby stroller or wheelchair, Please inform the tour operator after booking. (Contact number will be in your voucher.)

Things to Note

✓ Follow the staff's instruction and meet back at each designated time. The bus leaves strictly on time and will not wait for you.
✓ If you do not need the shuttle bus when arriving at the resort, please contact the tour operator at least 1 day in advance. You will need to meet the ski instructors at the designated time (to be confirmed) in order to rent gear and receive lessons.

Cancellation Policy

✓ 100% refundable or changeable until 1 day (by 8am K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable or changeable after 8am of 1 day prior to travel date.

Late

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.
✓ If you miss the bus, you may inform the tour operator then go to Nami Island by yourself to join the group. However, you must board the bus from Nami Island to the ski resort to participate in ski activities. This is to prevent possible delay caused by those who travel to the ski resort separately. In case you go to ski resort directly, you won't be able to join the tour and no refund is possible.
✓ We will help you rebook another date with a 50% penalty if requested on the original travel date.

Bad weather

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
