Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival
Sancheoneo’ is a species of trout, living in 1st-grade clean water. In winter, the river freezes over and the fish disappears under 40 cm of ice. Besides ice fishing, there are other fun activities like bare hand fishing, ice sled, snow sleigh, ice skating and so on. Hwacheon Ice Festival 2018 was a massive success (as expected!) ✓ If you are bringing any extra luggage such as a baby stroller or wheelchair, Please inform the tour operator after booking. (Contact number will be in your voucher.)

Things to Note

✓ 1 Grilled fish will be provided regardless of whether you caught a fish or not
✓ Follow the staff's instruction and meet back at each designated time. The bus leaves strictly on time and will not wait for you.

Moving walkway / Lift Ticket
✓ If you want a moving walkway ticket or lift ticket, please inform the tour staff BEFORE arriving at the resort. You will have to pay more if you inform after you've arrived at the resort.

Cancellation Policy

✓ 100% refundable until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ 50% refundable until 2 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 2 days prior to travel date.

Late

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.

Bad weather

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in the case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
